1. Tensile Strength Tester

Cable ties can only be put into storage after passing the tensile strength test.

Start the machine, adjust to a suitable level according to different sizes, reset the data, start, the data will gradually increase with the straightening of the machine. You can know whether the tensile strength of the cable tie is qualified.

 

 

 

2. Moisture tester

The moisture tester can test whether the water absorption of the cable tie is qualified. If the cable tie absorbs too much water, it will become soft and loose, and if it absorbs too little water, it will break easily.

Test method: A part of the cable tie will be cut and then placed on the test board. It takes about 15 minutes to test whether the water absorption is qualified, and the cable ties that pass the random inspection can be put into the warehouse after being stamped by the QC department.

 

 

 

3. UV resistance tester

The anti-ultraviolet climate test chamber is used to simulate different special climate environments for a continuous cycle of one month.

Such as high temperature, low temperature, rainy day and strong ultraviolet environment. For cable ties, one month indoors equals one year outdoors. After the test, we can know whether they are qualified or not.

 

 

 

4. High and low temperature tester

It is mostly used to test the high and low temperature resistance level of cable ties.

Put the high-temperature-resistant cable tie into the test box, set it at 130 degrees Celsius, and after 130 hours, twist it to see if it breaks, and test whether the tensile force meets the standard.

Low temperature resistant cable ties, set at -40 degrees Celsius, twist after 80 hours to see if it breaks, and test whether the tension is up to standard.

 

 

 

5. Vertical burning test machine

It is mainly used to test the flame retardancy, the ordinary cable tie is 94V-2, and the special grade is 94V-0.

94 V-0 - After two 10-second combustion tests were performed on the sample, the flame extinguished within 30 seconds. Flammable objects cannot drop.

94V-2: After two 10-second combustion tests on the sample, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. Burning objects may fall.

 

 

6. Melting point tester

The melting point tester is used to distinguish the material of cable ties, such as PA6 and PA66.

PA6 melting point: 220°C

50% PA6+50% PA66 Melting point: 245℃

100% PA66 Melting point: 260°C

Put the cable tie into the tester to see if it will melt, then you can know the material of the cable tie
