How to Make “Quality is Our Culture” Come True?

In this article,to better explain how can we make “Quality is our culture” come true, I interviewed my boss Terence, and let’s see what he said.

Heidi: How do you understand “quality is our culture? ”

Terence:

I guess this sentence is very familiar to every sales, most sales will type this sentence when they write emails. 

But it’s not just a simple sentence, we need to do something! 

As a kind of culture, it should be exist in everywhere of my company.

From the workers to the leaders, I always remind them to keep this sentence in mind,and work for it.And we did it. 

H: How to make “Quality is our culture” come true?

Terence:

Apart from reminding my staffs to keep this sentence in mind, I also did a lot of things:

1. Remove all bad quality products

To make sure all our products are of high quality.

2. Establish quality rules

To control our quality, I listed many rules for our QC apartment to check the quality regularly and strictly. This also develops the quality awareness of the workers. The workers also check the appearance of the products when they pack them.

3. Keep the enthusiasm of learning

I bought a lot of courses to improve the awareness of the employees.
I study first and choose the right courses with my employees.

Let people know that we should think more about our customers and it is our responsibility to make high quality products to benefit others. Benefiting others is benefiting ourselves.

So through these ways, we all have this awareness and we should always keep in mind this phrase: Quality is our culture.

H: What do you get after all this hard work?

Terence:

We get a lot of good comments from our customers, and most of them give feedback about the good quality.

Because we are a strong team with the same consciousness, we fight with the same goal, and we are positioned to go to the high-end market.
We are very confident in our quality and we believe that all the efforts in quality will be rewarded.
